Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and applications operated by Thirtyfold Missions (“Thirtyfold,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your password secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Roles on the Platform

The Service supports several roles — including Pally, Ally, Advocate, Missionary, and Church accounts — each with different features. The role you select determines what you can see and do. Missionaries are responsible for the content they post; advocates and allies are responsible for the people they invite and the messages they send.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit, including updates, photos, videos, and messages. By submitting content, you grant Thirtyfold a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute that content solely to operate and promote the Service and to deliver it to the fold and audience you intend. You represent that you have the rights to the content you submit and that it does not violate the rights of others.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
• Post content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes others’ rights;
• Misrepresent your identity, your role, or a missionary’s work or funding needs;
• Send unsolicited bulk messages, or import contacts you do not have a relationship with or permission to contact;
• Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or probe, scan, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

Donations

Donations made through the Service are processed by our payment partner, Zeffy. Thirtyfold does not itself hold your payment credentials. Tax receipts, where applicable, are issued through Zeffy or the receiving organization, and any refund is subject to their policies and applicable law. Thirtyfold provides the platform that connects donors with missionaries and attributes gifts to referring advocates; it is not a party to the payment transaction itself.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and the Thirtyfold name and marks, is owned by Thirtyfold and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our marks without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including Zeffy, Supabase, Vercel, Resend, and Anthropic) and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for third-party services or content, and your use of them may be governed by their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thirtyfold and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, use, goodwill, or profits, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thirtyfold from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in the State of North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
